ANNOUNCEMENTS
The MCC Relief Sale will be Sept. 26 & 27 at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds in Goshen, IN. Sign up to help in the pancake and sausage booth. Sign up, call or email Donna Sommers by Sept. 17 for the foods you will make so that she will know how many containers to pick up for those food items. You may get your containers at the church. On Sept. 23, Donna will take the antiques, crafts, children’s auction, produce and quality yard sale items down. By 10:00 AM on the 26th plants, food, etc. will be taken by Marvin & Betty Yoder. Check with them if you have a question on your plant. The last load will go on the 26th at 2:00 PM with Bill & Florence Wickey. Bring your items to the west side of the church. Penny Power offerings will be Sept. 14 & 21.
ANNOUNCEMENTS, cont.
During the next several weeks you will have the opportunity to help with needs in Moldova. Ramona King and Beth Miller, along with Phil Yoder and 6 others from Indiana and Pennsylvania, will be ministering to Christians in Moldova Oct. 2-15. Your designations will be used for needs that are brought to their attention while working with the widows, children and poor families. $50 will provide a family of 4 with staple food supplies for a month. You can designate through the offering or in your Sunday school classes. Mark your envelope clearly – “Moldova Project”. Thanks!
The September WMSC meeting will be Sept. 15, 16 & 17 with quilting at the St. Joe County Fair. The project for September is still health kits.
